I wanted to make my penis bigger. I wasn't looking for an 8 incher from some porn movie. I simply wanted to look bigger - like a man instead of a boy. I had looked around the internet a lot and found a lot of products promising to add inches in weeks, and I didn't believe any of it.

I ordered the device and made a decision to painstakingly map my progress to see if the results really conformed to those stated by the manufacturers. I also figured that if I uploaded all of this information to the internet, then it would be there for all to see. Hopefully someone will find this useful.

After wearing the penis stretcher for approximately 7 months, I managed to gain about 2cm in length.
The main difference is the "hang" - I am no longer embarrassed to walk around the changing room at the gym as my penis now hangs at 8-10cm length nearly always.

The ligament has definitely been stretched - before I started stretching, I used to have about 4-6cm length flaccid penis. I now have 8-10cm.

My erect length has improved to a good 6 inches (15cm) - measured critically from above. I am happy and the confidence I have around women feels great.

Update:
