Month One
Strapping your Penis into the Extender - you will get there eventually.
Week 1:
- Practising putting on and off.
- Tried peeing without taking off device - not reccomended (unless you enjoy cleaning sprayed urine off every surface in the bathroom).
- Got a bit too carried away with the device and managed to pinch foreskin in the device. When you have done this once, you gain a whole lot of respect for the device in a very short space of time.
- Worried about going out with the device on becuase of the bulge in my pants.
Week 2:
- Realised that if I was hit by a bus, I could ditch the device before anyone noticed, so decide to wear when out and about.
- Started wearing gauze to protect foreskin from getting trapped in device (see above).
- Added several bars quickly as I was worried about whether measurements were correct: The booklet that comes with the device states that you should start at 4cm below erect length, but there is no stretch really.
- Can wear for several hours - but take break every 2-3 hours as per instructions.
- Have had device fall off when walking along street - found public loo to reset. This was with the device pointing downwards - head slipped out and the device separated.
- Wearing for 10 hours per day.
- Starting to look thicker
- Slight gains
Weeks 3 & 4:
- Definite penis girth increase. Will measure at end of week 4 to be sure
- Added more bars than progress dictated, as I realised once again that the device is pushing in to the fat layer that surrounds my pecker and so really, I am not getting the full stretch.
- Started using the foam pads supplied to cushion the silicone band that wraps around the shaft of the penis. In the first weeks these were too uncomfortable to get on and I was hardly pulling, so the bandage (andro ring) was enough.
I found that I was beginning to pull too tight on the silicone bands to get them to hold, and the glans (head) was going numb. Now I use the foam tube around the silicone and I can tighten the bands less and still retain a good grip. Now the head gets cold every hour or so, but does not go numb.
