Month Two
It works - my Penis is really bigger
Week 7:
Around this time, with a good few hours logged, I realised a couple of things: First and foremost - the device works. I have added over 1cm to my girth and the photos show that I have gained some length also. Additionally, my erections feel rock hard and point up at angles I have not hit for years. The second thing I have come to realise is that this is going to be a long journey. I would say that I have completed about 25% of it in the space of 2 months, managing to wear the device for about as long as the guide recommends. A lot of people don't have the time to wear the device for 9 hours a day though, but I guess that doesn't really matter - the gains are proportional to the time worn. The only downside to less time "strapped-in" is that the progress will be more gradual.
The good thing is that once you come to terms with the fact that you could be wearing the streching device for the best part of a year, you feel slightly less bound to complete as much time as you can every day - After all, if you have to wear the stretcher for one extra week because you took the device off every Friday to go for a night out - or missed 4 days for a long weekend break a couple of times along the way, it doesn't really seem to matter as much when you know that you will be wearing it for 40-50 weeks anyway.
I did find a couple of weeks back that the burning feeling that was making me stop was often not from the "meat" - which is a good burn that lets you know it is break time and you have had a good stretch - but rather skin rashes caused by the plastic ring digging into the base of the penis shaft (the fat pad). I made some quick modifications with some cotton wool pads and - no more pain. I am also using cotton wool wrapped in gauze around the head to enable a looser grip that doesn't cut off circulation. That definitely helps.
Finally - pointing your penis up rather than down helps the blood to keep from running out during sessions (which basically means the head or glans does not go numb, white and funny looking).
Week 8:
Hit 15cm penis stretch this week - took it slowly, having dropped back from the 14cm that I zoomed up to a couple of weeks ago, and then slowly adjusted by adding 0.2cm pieces every 6-7 days.
I usually add a new piece the day before the change is due - for the last 2-3 hours of a day, so that I can tell if I am really ready for the change. It is always harder to get strapped into the device in the morning, especially in cold weather. If I can get into the device and after 15-30 minutes, I can crank the screws up to the 0.2cm (about 10 half turns) without pain, then two days later I know I am ready for the next piece - This is pretty much in line with what the guide says, and I think that it makes sense: The aim here is to gradually cause the cells to divide.
I also think that the "No Pain, No Gain" motto does NOT apply here. As soon as the device starts to make my penis burn at the base, I know that a short rest is due. Usually, I head to the bathroom, take it off, pee, rub for a couple of seconds to get the blood flowing, and then put the device back on - with only a couple of minutes to complete the whole operation. The times that I have added a bar to the device and found that I could not last for more than 20 minutes, then I go back to the previous length.
I think that the "gentle tug" is the best feeling to go for, and after a couple of weeks, you know how that feels. You may also get to know how chaffed skin under the head feels, but hopefully if you don't rush things, you won't!
With each increase on the bars, the first day is strenuous. I can feel the device more often and I have to take more frequent breaks. By the end of the week at that length, I can go for 2-3 hours without needing to change. I almost always wonder if I am going to be able to move up any more on the first few days, but by the end of the week, I am ready to progress.
Started rubbing a little oil into the cotton pad before strapping in. I found that made the silicone slip, so I began to use a sheet of tissue paper to hold the silicone band into the groove more snugly and stop it slipping out because of the oil. This has a second advantage in that it creates a barrier between the bands and the shaft of my penis and stops the silicone sticking to it.
